This as been set up to help raise funds towards the running costs of the club,i hope all players will take part in this game.The cost will be ?1 per week,you pick two numbers between 1 and 92 and these numbers are entered in to the site and each number represents a football team which is then allocated to you,these will be confirmed in an email.The game is just like pontoon where the first player to 21 takes 50% of the pot and the other 50% goes towards the clubs funds. The longer it takes to get pontoon the more money the winner can receive,they say each new game can last 3 to 8 weeks.
So please support your club and join in the game.
How does it work??
Simply see Granty or Vern to enter, select two numbers between 1 and 92 that haven't been taken and then hope they score 21 goals between them before anyone else! If they score more, you've bust and start from zero again, if they dont score 21 goals first, you've lost!
- Win 50% of the pot when game finishes.
- Land on 21 goals to win.
- Just choose 2 numbers from list of 92 clubs. These 2 numbers have teams hidden behind them which are emailed to you.
- The goals your teams score are added together.
The first player to land on 21 goals wins the WINNERS pot, if there is more than one player who lands on 21 at the same time, the WINNERS pot is
shared accordingly.
If your goal tally lands on a number higher than 21, after the
league is updated by our system. You will automatically BUST. The
amount of goals you were over 21, will be your new starting number.
Players can join a game at both the beginning and while the game is
in progress.
The
overall game pot will be divided as set out by the administrator. After
fees, the pot will be spilt 50%/50% between the winner and Gsk Ulverston Rangers.
Players can join games while they are "In Play" - eg if a player wishes
to join the game in week 3, they can be added to the game by choosing
two of the available numbers on the number board. New players accrue all
goals scored by their chosen two teams since the game start date, immediately on joining the game. ***This can be good and bad!!!***
